Here is a very simple way of making home made wine. My Mum make this wine every year and I am just following her path….
Grapes – 2kg
Sugar – 2kg
Water – 4.5 ltrs (boiled and cooled)
Cinnamon stick – 2 Nos
Cloves – 8 nos
Broken wheat – handful
Beetroot – 1 no

*** Use Bharani or Ceramic pot for this recipe.
*** Increase sugar content if you need or according to your taste.
*** This recipe can be done with green grapes.
*** Stir it every day on same time , keep for 14 days and strain it using clean cloth.
